Crew Administration & Payments Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your mission:

  • Administration of crew changes, including all required documentation
  • Organization and processing of crew wage payments in international payment transactions
  • Review and verification of monthly statements and other reports for completeness and accuracy
  • Review and processing of incoming invoices
  • Independent preparation and processing of outgoing invoices
  • Handling and administration of P&I crew claims (insurance and damage claims involving crew members)
  • Administration and maintenance of general documentation

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial training, ideally in shipping, freight forwarding, logistics, or a comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in crew administration, accounting, or international payment processing is an advantage
  • Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Excel skills
  • Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Structured, independent, and detail-oriented working style
  • Strong sense of responsibility and affinity for numbers
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team
