- Organization and processing of crew wage payments in international payment transactions
- Review and verification of monthly statements and other reports for completeness and accuracy
- Review and processing of incoming invoices
- Independent preparation and processing of outgoing invoices
- Handling and administration of P&I crew claims (insurance and damage claims involving crew members)

Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training, ideally in shipping, freight forwarding, logistics, or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in crew administration, accounting, or international payment processing is an advantage
- Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Excel skills
- Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
- Structured, independent, and detail-oriented working style
- Strong sense of responsibility and affinity for numbers
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team
