- Coordination and handling of day-to-day tasks within the operational Fleet Team
- Responsibility for maintaining consistent and up-to-date data in the relevant systems, particularly the shipping company’s management and data management software
- Preparation and maintenance of statistics and KPI reports for the technical fleet operations
- Serving as the central point of contact for internal departments as well as external partners (insurance companies, shipyards and service providers) regarding ongoing matters
- Coordination and alignment of appointments, deadlines, and information with all parties involved
- Support in handling insurance and claims cases, from initial notification through to final settlement
- Structured and transparent filing and archiving of documents related to claims and fleet operations
- Reviewing, recording, and following up on claims data, including the preparation of cost overviews and analyses

Your mission:
Your profile:
- Completed commercial/business administration training or an equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in a commercial, administrative, or organizational role
- Experience in the inspection department of a shipping company is an advantage
- Ideally, experience in the insurance sector or in working with insurance companies and insurance partners
- Proficient in using standard MS Office applications
- Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills, with a structured, meticulous, and independent approach to work
- Excellent communication skills, a high level of reliability, and a strong team-oriented approach
